It is hereby informed that the Competition Appellate Tribunal 
(Procedure)Regulations, 2011 has been mistakenly published twice in the 
Gazette of India, thatis, vide the Gazette of India, weekly, dated 25 th June – 1 st 
July, 2011, Part – III,Sec. – 4, No.28 under the title “The Competition Appellate 
Tribunal (Procedure forAppeals and Applications) Regulations, 2010” and vide 
the Gazette of India(Extraordinary), dated 18 th July 2011, Part – III, Section – 4, 
No.142 under the title“The Competition Appellate Tribunal (Procedure) 
Regulations, 2011”. 
 
The Regulations published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) Part – 
II- Section 4, No.142, New Delhi dated 18 th July 2011 under the heading 
“TheCompetition Appellate Tribunal, Notification, New Delhi, the 15 th July 
2011 titled“The Competition Appellate Tribunal (Procedure) Regulations, 
2011” shall betreated as the correct one.
